Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
2. Handle inbound, put-away, picking, packing and outbound activities.
3. Ensure inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation and timely dispatch.
4. Manage warehouse manpower, shifts and productivity.
5. Monitor warehouse KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
6. Coordinate with clients, transporters and internal teams.
7. Conduct stock audits, cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
8. Prepare MIS, inventory and operational reports.
9. Ensure safety, process compliance and proper warehouse practices.
10. Identify process improvements and support cost optimization.
