2. Ensure proper application of primers, base coats, and topcoats as per quality standards.
3. Maintain and optimize paint processes such as pre-treatment, electro-deposition (ED), sealing, and topcoat application.
4. Identify and troubleshoot defects like orange peel, runs, blisters, and poor adhesion.
5. Monitor key parameters such as temperature, humidity, viscosity, and film thickness.
6. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure uptime of paint shop equipment (robots, spray guns, ovens, conveyors).
