Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.

 Handle inbound, put-away, picking, packing and outbound activities.

 Ensure inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation and timely dispatch.

 Manage warehouse manpower, shifts and productivity.

 Monitor warehouse KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.

 Coordinate with clients, transporters and internal teams.

 Conduct stock audits, cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.

 Prepare MIS, inventory and operational reports.

 Ensure safety, process compliance and proper warehouse practices.

 Identify process improvements and support cost optimization.
