Job Responsibilities

1. Pick up FirstCry parcels from the assigned hub/store.
2. Deliver products safely and on time to customers.
3. Follow the assigned delivery route and daily delivery targets.
4. Contact customers regarding delivery location and timing.
5. Update delivery status through the mobile application.
6. Handle parcels carefully during loading, transportation and delivery.
7. Collect COD payments where applicable and maintain proper records.
8. Return undelivered/returned parcels to the assigned hub.
9. Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
10. Maintain professional behaviour and good customer service.
