**Qualification:** Any Graduate (B.Sc./B.E. Chemical preferred)

**Experience:** 4–6 years in sales, any industry

**Role:** Drive B2B sales of Perlite Ore to mineral, foundry, chemical, and steel industries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Generate sales of perlite products

- Build and nurture relationships with B2B decision-makers

- Identify potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking

- Achieve/exceed sales targets while expanding market share

- Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and finalize contract terms
