Job Description

Lead Architect with hands-on experience -delivering the complete lifecycle projects. Robust expertise in Revit, proven capability in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and confidence in leading client interactions. Experience in data centres, industrial facilities, fuel stations, and commercial projects is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design and coordination across all stages of the project lifecycle.

- Deliver projects within scope, quality standards, and timelines.

- Produce and review drawings, models, using Revit.

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

- Oversee junior architect’s work

- Coordinate with ASMEPF and external consultant to deliver the project

- Support technical detailing, design development, and construction documentation.

- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.

- Responding to RFI/Submittals

- Understanding of Specifications & BOQ
