Job Description
- Operate and monitor boiler systems, including fuel supply, water levels, pressure gauges, and temperature controls; conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, tubes, and valves
- Perform water treatment and chemical analysis to ensure proper water quality; document all operational activities, maintenance performed, fuel consumption, and system parameters in maintenance logs
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues, implementing corrective actions or escalating problems to maintenance personnel as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and local regulatory requirements; respond promptly to alarms and abnormal conditions to maintain system integrity
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to schedule repairs and system upgrades while maintaining a clean work workplace and working shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
