Requirements

- Strong experience in JDA / Blue Yonder WMS 2020/2021/2022 production support projects.

- Good expertise in SQL/PLSQL, including query writing and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of MOCA architecture.

- Hands-on experience with MOCA, iReports (Jasper), Integrator, and Page Builder.

- Good knowledge of relational database concepts.

- Experience working in support processes and SLA-driven projects.

- Strong skills in root cause analysis, issue resolution, and minor/major enhancements.

- Experience in team handling and management.

- Ability to provide effective solutions for production issues.

- Strong oral and written communication skills are mandatory.

- Customer handling experience is an added advantage.
