Key Responsibilities
Drive life insurance sales through allocated bank branches.
Build and maintain robust relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
Generate business through leads provided by the bank and walk-in customers.
Conduct joint customer meetings with bank officials to close sales.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Submit daily sales reports and activity updates.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, Cross Sell.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with bank partners.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
