Requirements

- 8+ years of IT experience in development, enhancement, and support of supply chain applications.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementation or support of Blue Yonder/JDA Fulfillment, ESP, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization (Version 8.0 or later).

- Strong hands-on expertise in design, development, configuration, and implementation of Blue Yonder/JDA Fulfillment, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization.

- Experience in installation, administration, troubleshooting, platform clustering, and SRE processes for Blue Yonder/JDA.

- Hands-on experience integrating Blue Yonder/JDA on-premise and SaaS solutions with upstream and downstream systems.





- Valuable functional understanding of Fulfillment, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization.

- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes within Retail and Consumer Goods/CPG environments.

- Experience supporting Blue Yonder/JDA solutions in high-volume Retail and CPG environments.

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.

- Hands-on experience with Shell scripting and Windows batch scripting.

- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to lead a team of 5–6 associates and manage small-scale projects.

- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with effective active-listening abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
