The Business Process Consultant (ServiceNow ITAM) is responsible for driving the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of IT Asset Management processes using the ServiceNow platform. The role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, procurement, finance, software vendors, and compliance teams to improve asset lifecycle management, software license compliance, hardware asset visibility, and operational efficiency.
The consultant will lead process discovery workshops, define future-state processes, configure and align ServiceNow ITAM capabilities with business requirements, and ensure successful adoption of ITAM best practices.
IT Asset Management Process Consulting
Analyze current IT Asset Management processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Design and implement best-practice ITAM processes across hardware, software, cloud,



and enterprise assets.
Conduct process assessments, gap analyses, and maturity evaluations.
Define target operating models and governance frameworks for ITAM.
ServiceNow ITAM Implementation & Optimization
Lead requirements gathering and business process workshops.
Translate business requirements into ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
Support implementation and enhancement of:
o Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
o Software Asset Management (SAM)
o Software License Management
o Contract and Vendor Management
o Cloud Asset Management
Collaborate with architects and developers on ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
