6+ years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering for enterprise applications.
Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, including VuGen, Controller, and Analysis.
Develop and maintain performance scripts with correlation, parameterization, checkpoints, transactions, and error handling.
Experience in executing Load, Stress, Volume, Spike, Endurance/Soak, Scalability, and Capacity testing.
Strong expertise in Dynatrace for application performance monitoring, transaction tracing, service analysis, and bottleneck identification.
Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis, error investigation, transaction monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
Analyze response time, throughput/TPS, concurrency, error rates, CPU, memory, network, database, and application metrics.
Identify performance bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, infrastructure, and network layers, and provide optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with developers, architects, DevOps, DBA,



infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, web applications, microservices, databases, cloud environments, and CI/CD, with strong analytical and communication skills.
