Job Description:

Job Title : Zuora Techno-Functional Lead

Job Type : Contract / Part-Time

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

- 5+ years of experience in Zuora Techno-Functional Consulting and implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management.
- Experience with Stripe Payment Gateway integration and payment processing.
- Strong experience with Zuora integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
- Experience with billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, collections, and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience working with Oracle EBS and financial system integrations.
- Experience designing and supporting scalable Zuora solutions for complex business requirements.
- Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Cash (O2C),



and Revenue Recognition processes.
- Strong knowledge of subscription lifecycle management, including orders, amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition and financial operations.
- Excellent SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Robust API troubleshooting and integration debugging skills.
- Ability to translate business and finance requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to optimize billing and payment operations.
- Ensure PCI compliance, payment security, financial data integrity, and audit readiness.
- Troubleshoot billing, payment, and integration issues while ensuring high system availability.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
