The RDE - Analytics Lead / Associate Manager BI & Visualization will design, build, optimize, and govern dashboards,
executive scorecards, self-service reports, and data storytelling solutions for Operations clients. The role
requires strong Power BI/Tableau capability, SQL, DAX, Power Query, ETL, dimensional modelling, data warehousing
concepts, performance optimization, row-level security, reporting governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
Power BI is the primary tool, with Tableau also valued; Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks experience are strongly
preferred. Key Responsibilities
Lead design and delivery of executive dashboards, scorecards, KPI frameworks and self-service analytics
solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
Define reporting architecture, dashboard standards, workspace governance, Row-Level Security, performance
strategy and BI delivery quality.
Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable insights, visual storytelling and
measurable reporting outcomes.
Guide L11 L9 developers on data modelling, DAX, Power Query, SQL, dashboard optimization, governance
and quality assurance.
Drive integration with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, enterprise data warehouses and cloud/enterprise
sources to support scalable analytics delivery.




Must Have Skills
Data Visualization (Analytics & Visualization- Power BI, Tableau)
Up-to-date Analytics Platforms (Databricks, snowflake, Microsoft Fabric)
Advanced Power BI development experience including complex dashboards, DAX measures, Power Query
transformations, semantic models and dashboard performance tuning. Analytics Developer - BI & Visualization | L8
Strong SQL, dimensional modelling, star schema, data warehousing concepts, KPI design and data storytelling
capability.
Experience implementing Row-Level Security, workspace governance, report standards and enterprise BI best
practices.
Hands-on exposure to Tableau and modern analytics platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or Azure Databricks.
Ability to lead stakeholder workshops, define reporting requirements and guide BI delivery teams.
Secondary Skills
Exposure to advanced analytics, data engineering pipelines, ETL design, data quality checks and enterprise
cloud data platforms.
Ability to define BI governance frameworks, reusable dashboard templates and executive reporting standards.
Experience with stakeholder management, agile delivery, documentation, adoption enablement and production
support for analytics assets.
