Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Accountant UK. The position is based in Surat, Ahmedabad and Baroda with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Accountant will primarily be responsible for managing financial statements, preparing tax returns, providing strategic financial advice to clients.



Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards, and supervising junior accountants while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and preparation of Tax Returns
- Experience in Audit Management, Tax Compliance, and adherence to UK GAAP standards
- Strong Analytical Skills, and expertise in Forecasting and Budget Management
- Knowledge of Accounting Software such as Xero, Digita or similar tools
- Proven ability to work independantly
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Qualification: Professional certifications like ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Experience working with UK accounting firms is highly preferred
- Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment
