Role Objective

Build and manage a strong team by ensuring the right people are hired, trained, measured and developed.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

- Identify manpower requirements across branches and departments.
- Head-hunt strong candidates for key positions.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.

KPI & Performance Management
- Define clear KPI/KRA for every employee with department heads.
- Ensure monthly KPI marking and performance reviews.
- Identify high performers and underperformers.
- Track improvement plans and follow-up actions.

Training & Development
- Identify employee skill gaps.
- Prepare and manage the training calendar.
- Coordinate induction, product, sales, system and leadership training.




- Track training completion and effectiveness.

Employee Management
- Manage onboarding, probation and employee records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, transfers and exits.
- Support department heads in people management and discipline.
- Identify high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
