Job Description:

- Design, develop, and maintain IBM InfoSphere MDM / Customer Hub solutions for enterprise master data.

- Develop and customize MDM data models, business rules, matching, merging, and survivorship rules.

- Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and integration services to connect MDM with CRM, ERP, databases, and other enterprise applications.

- Develop and maintain applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.

- Work with WebSphere Application Server for application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Perform SQL development and database activities using DB2/Oracle.

- Implement data quality, validation, deduplication, and master data governance processes.

- Create and maintain Golden Records for customer, product, and other master data.





- Support data migration, data cleansing, and data integration activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, integration failures, and data-related problems.

- Monitor and improve application and MDM performance.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, data governance teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, documentation, and release activities.

- Ensure MDM solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards.
