About The Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our Marketing team. You'll be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print channels — from social media creatives and property listing banners to brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral — that reflect our brand identity and help us stand out in the real estate market.

Responsibilities

- Design marketing collateral including social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, and email templates
- Create visual assets for property listings (thumbnails, highlight graphics, virtual staging overlays, etc.)
- Design presentations, pitch decks, and internal communication materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into design briefs
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines (colors, typography, logo usage) across all designs
- Edit and retouch property photography where needed
- Design templates that can be reused/scaled across multiple listings or campaigns
- Stay updated on design trends,



especially within real estate and digital marketing
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers when required

Requirements

- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent portfolio-based experience)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and print design
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Ability to work with brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to the table
- Good time management skills — comfortable juggling multiple projects and tight turnarounds
- Understanding of social media design specs (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Robust communication skills to interpret briefs and present design rationale
