WE ARE HIRING | SALES ENGINEER / SENIOR SALES MANAGER

We are hiring for a leading Construction Equipment Manufacturing Company for the following locations:

Locations: Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Experience: 2–12 Years

Industry: Construction Equipment Manufacturing

Key Requirement:

Candidates with experience in Construction Equipment, Fire Safety, Elevator, Lift, or Escalator manufacturing companies are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets for equipment and elevator systems.
- Develop recent business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements through site visits and technical discussions.
- Provide technical and application support to customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Manage sales projects from enquiry to order finalization and project completion.




- Coordinate with engineering and installation teams.
- Resolve technical queries and customer issues during the sales process.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales forecasts and reports.

Required Skills:

- 2–12 years of experience in Sales / Technical Sales / Business Development Strong technical knowledge of equipment and elevator systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience with CRM and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Valid driving license preferred.
