Job Location

- Perform Multi-Body Dynamics (MBD) simulation and analysis for New Product Development (NPD) of 3-Wheeler and 4-Wheeler vehicle platforms

- Analyze simulation results, identify dynamic performance gaps and develop countermeasures to achieve vehicle dynamics and ride comfort targets as per TQT (Target Quality Table) for combustion-based vehicles

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Multi-Body Dynamics simulation and CAE analysis for combustion engine systems in 3W and 4W platforms

- Evaluate and approve MBD performance of parts/subsystems for NPD projects meeting QCD targets

- Develop and validate MBD models for powertrain mounting, drivetrain dynamics, and chassis systems

- Valuable fundamentals – Applied mechanics, Multibody dynamics,



Vibration, Finite element methods and Fatigue

- Proficient in building 3 / 4 wheeler MBD models for component, sub-system and vehicle level

- Develop virtual proving ground (VPG) model to generate loads for durability simulation

- Develop siumlation model to virtualize test rigs for faster design finalization and test correlations

- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis for vehicle dynamics performance

- Prepare/Update MBD simulation standards and align with test standards
