Key Responsibilities Planning, execution, supervision & monitoring of MEP works at project sites. Preparation, checking & execution of BOQ, SOR, Rate Analysis & Quantity Estimation. Preparation and review of MEP drawings, shop drawings, material requirements & technical
specifications. Coordination with Client, Consultant, Contractor and other site teams. Ensure MEP work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project
schedule. Material planning, technical evaluation and coordination with procurement team. Monitor site progress, manpower, material consumption and work quality. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation. Handle billing, measurement, RA bills, quantity verification and reconciliation. Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with relevant MEP experience.
Experience Preference Relevant MEP site experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates having strong
Government Project experience, particularly in Medical Colleges, Hospitals, Airports, Commercial and
Residential Buildings.
