About the Opportunity
A fast-growing early education network in Bangalore’s thriving tech corridor, we’re building nurturing, play-based learning environments for children aged 2–6 years across key locations including Chikkathirupati Road and Sarjapura Road. We believe in joyful, developmentally appropriate pedagogy led by passionate educators—and we’re seeking a dynamic Pre-Primary Coordinator to anchor our curriculum delivery, teacher support, and parent engagement across multiple centers. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of Pre-Primary educators across assigned centers to ensure consistency in pedagogy, classroom management, and child safety.
- Implement and adapt age-appropriate, play-based curricula aligned with Montessori/ECCE frameworks and national early learning guidelines.
- Conduct classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate teacher training workshops on child development & behavior management.
- Collaborate with center heads and parents to resolve concerns, share developmental progress, and organize student showcases or parent-teacher meets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies across classrooms and daily routines.




- Track student milestone documentation, maintain academic calendars, and coordinate with operations for resource planning and event execution.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- ECCE certification or B.Ed in Early Childhood Education
- 3+ years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching or coordination
- Proficiency with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or NCF-aligned pedagogy
- Classroom observation and teacher mentoring skills
- Strong knowledge of child development stages (2–6 years)
- Experience with parent communication platforms (e.g., ClassDojo, SchoolDiary)

Preferred

- Experience managing multi-center Pre-Primary operations
- Training certification in positive discipline or child psychology
- Fluency in Kannada for effective parent and community engagement
