Role Summary

The Operations Executive, Flights will manage end-to-end flight booking requests for GoSavvy (an MAL Group Company) clients. This role ensures accuracy, adherence to processes, and timely completion of tasks within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

- Process flight booking requests accurately according to client specifications.
- Adhere strictly to defined booking processes and checklists.
- Meet SLA timelines for booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
- Track all bookings and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with airlines, booking platforms, and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise.
- Communicate booking status, changes, and issues clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.




- Promptly escalate exceptions or unresolved issues to the Head of Operations.

Qualifications

- Experience booking flights within a travel agency, TMC, or similar environment.
- Strong adherence to process and SLA discipline.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet-based booking tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
- Must be based in Bangalore.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience with organizations such as Thomas Cook, SOTC, Cox & Kings, or other boutique travel companies.
