Job Description: GET - Procurement

- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical) / MBA (Operations) – 2026 Passouts / Freshers welcome
- Experience: Fresher Preferred
- Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in procurement of raw materials, hardware, engineering items, and production consumables
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and material dispatch
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
- Compare quotations and support cost analysis activities
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, QC, and Dispatch departments for material requirements
- Track pending materials and ensure timely availability
- Support vendor development and vendor performance tracking
- Maintain ERP/Excel procurement data and documentation
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, GRN, and purchase documents

Required Skills:





- Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP handling
- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Able to read engineering drawings (ISO/ANSI standards)
- Able to carry out inspection and measurement using standard tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges in accordance with internal quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949) and drawing specifications.
