We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and generating leads.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Introduce company products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls.
- Record customer information and interactions accurately.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Patience and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
