*Position:* Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager – International Sales
*Location:* Mumbai / Kolhapur
*Experience:* Min 7 Years
*Salary:* Up to 15 LPA
*Qualification:* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering
*Markets:* USA, Canada, Mexico & LATAM

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop international business across USA, Canada, Mexico & LATAM.
• Drive sales with Data Centers, OEMs, distributors and channel partners.
• Identify, appoint and manage international distributors/channel partners.
• Handle key international accounts, business development and commercial negotiations.
• Manage export sales, quotations, pricing, order coordination and export documentation.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities in Data Centers, EV infrastructure,



renewable energy and industrial automation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, supply chain, logistics and finance teams for smooth order execution.
• Track sales pipeline, revenue forecasts and achieve export sales & profitability targets.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs and customer visits.

*Preferred Experience:*
Candidates with hands-on experience in International / Export Sales covering USA and/or Latin America, preferably with Electrical Components, EV, Solar Connectors, PDU, Data Centre, Industrial Products or OEM sales. Robust international business development, negotiation, CRM and communication skills are required. Willingness to travel internationally is essential.
