About the job
A leading Language Learning Company is looking for dynamic, result-oriented *Sales Managers* with proven experience in B2B school sales to drive school outreach, partnerships, and business growth.
Base Location: Mumbai
The ideal candidate should have strong existing connections with schools, a deep understanding of the education ecosystem, and the ability to manage the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closure and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, School Management, Academic Heads & key decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities and close B2B deals with schools
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to school requirements
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and grow partnerships with IB, IGCSE, ICSE and premium CBSE schools
Work closely with onboarding and operations teams for smooth implementation
Track pipeline progress and provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity and opportunities
What Were Looking For
510 years of proven experience in B2B school sales
Robust,
existing school connects in the assigned region
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong presentation, negotiation and closing abilities
Comfortable with extensive travel and field work
Graduate degree
Experience in Education, EdTech, Language Learning or School Supplies will be preferred
Robust school relationships and a proven sales track record will be key differentiators for this role.
