We're looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to manage our Author Acquisition & Publishing Services business . You'll own the growth engine of the businessdriving revenue, leading high-performing sales teams, shaping strategy, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Own the revenue and growth of the Author Acquisition business.

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.

Drive consultative sales of premium publishing and author services.

Improve conversion rates, average deal value, and overall sales productivity.

Build a culture of accountability, performance, and customer-first thinking.

Use data and insights to optimize the sales funnel, forecasting, and business performance.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless author experience.

Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.

What We're Looking For

23 years of experience as sales manager with a track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Experience managing consultative sales teams in publishing, media, education, SaaS, creator economy, premium services, or similar industries.

Proven ability to manage high-value sales cycles and build scalable sales processes.





Robust commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Success in This Role

Consistently achieves and exceeds revenue targets.
