Project: One (1) Revit Modeler MEP & Lighting, Light Vision India, Pune

Specification:

- 34 years of BIM modeling experience on MEP engineering projects fully constrained, no unresolved warnings
- Advanced Revit (MEP) proficiency: lighting layouts, circuiting, containment, and visual family placement
- Builds parametric lighting families from scratch connectors, IES file integration, visual and data parameters all behaving
- ISO 19650 compliant by instinct: naming conventions and status codes correct on the first issue, not the third
- Native to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows, including ACC-connected Forma environments
- Added advantage: Drives Dynamo with ChatGPT / Claude AI for prompt-assisted scripting auto-populating parameters, batch sheet creation, schedule checks because manual repetition is a clash we don't tolerate

Deliverables: Accurate construction drawings, fixture schedules,



and spatial coordination reports straight from the model, not from memory.

Site conditions: Lighting design projects across the spectrum architecture, interiors, and everything light touches, from India to the Middle East. On-site, Pune.
