Job Description: Creator Onboarding (Hindi Markets)

Position Title: Senior / Lead Creator Onboarding (Hindi Markets)

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly persuasive, network-savvy, and result-oriented Senior / Lead Creator Onboarding with a specialized focus on Hindi content markets across Tier A, B, and C regions . This role centers strictly on creator acquisition, talent negotiation, and exclusive creator onboarding for our influencer marketing vertical. (Note: Ongoing brand campaign management and influencer partnerships are managed separately by a dedicated team).

Your core mandate is to identify, pitch, negotiate, and onboard 30 Hindi content creators to work exclusively with Divo within a 3-month timeframe . You will bring creators into Divo's network under 100% exclusive contracts for all their influencer marketing campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

1. Target-Driven Creator Onboarding (30 Creators in 3 Months)

- High-Velocity Onboarding: Hit the aggressive target of onboarding 30 exclusive Hindi creators within 90 days for influencer marketing monetization.
- Exclusive Contracting: Pitch, negotiate, and close 100% exclusive contracts, ensuring creators commit to working purely with Divo for all brand deals and influencer marketing activations.
- Full-Funnel Onboarding: Manage the entire onboarding lifecyclefrom initial outreach,



pitching Divos commercial value, negotiating contract terms, to final document execution and database integration.

2. Hindi Creator Sourcing & Pipeline Management

- Regional Creator Scouting: Proactively discover high-potential, fast-growing Hindi content creators across YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Tiered Market Coverage: Scout emerging voices, vloggers, regional comedy, entertainment, lifestyle, and gaming creators across Tier A metros or Tier B/C Hindi belts (e.g., UP, MP, Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Mumbai).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a high-volume, structured funnel of prospective Hindi creator leads to ensure a continuous stream of closed onboarding deals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Onboarding Volume: Successfully onboard 30 exclusive Hindi creators in a 3-month span .
- 100% Exclusivity Rate: Ensure all onboarded creators sign exclusive influencer marketing contracts with Divo.
- Lead-to-Onboard Conversion: Maintain high conversion velocity from initial creator pitch to final signed contract.
- Market Coverage: Penetrate key Hindi creator clusters across Tier A, Tier B, or Tier C markets.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience:



Minimum 5 to 7 years of direct experience in Creator Onboarding, Creator Acquisition, or MCN Talent Sourcing , with a primary focus strictly on onboarding creators.
- Core Market Focus: Proven track record in onboarding Hindi creators across Tier A, Tier B, or Tier C markets (experience across all tiers is welcome, but strong expertise in any tier cluster is valid).
- Exclusive Deal Expertise: Deep knowledge of creator mindsets, influencer marketing economics, contract terms, and closing 100% exclusive onboarding agreements .
- Language & Communication: Native or highly fluent in Hindi , with exceptional persuasive skills and cultural context to build instant trust with creators.
- Execution & Velocity: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and achieve high-volume onboarding targets under tight timelines.
