Role:

- Ability to reach out to children and create a relationship of mutual trust.
- Facilitates the holistic development of the children– physical, mental, and intellectual.
- Attends to all matters of health, sickness, diet, sanitation and cleanliness.
- Assists in homework, plans and organizes an education curriculum that makes learning fun, easy and meaningful.
- Ensures discipline in and around the Hostel as well as an atmosphere of peace and harmony of all the residents.
- Addresses medical/social and personal emergencies of all children. Accompanies children to the hospital in case of illness or injury.
- Ensures that children in need of psychologically support are identified and visit a counselling session.
- Assist in necessary documentation and office work.
- Ability to conduct Child Committee Meetings, use of technology to impart fundamental concepts.

Requirements:





- B2 English
- Positive MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to work independently
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative and/or assistant role
- B.Ed (preferable), MSW/BSW and other graduates
