We create contemporary, high-quality jewellery designed for everyday wear and modern lifestyles.About the RoleWe are looking for a Motion Design Intern to support our Creative team in developing engaging motion and visual content across social media, digital campaigns, marketing communication, presentations, and other brand initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who has a solid visual sense, enjoys animation and motion design, and wants hands-on experience working on real brand and marketing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate motion graphics and animated content for social media and digital campaigns.Support basic video editing, animation, transitions, and visual effects.Develop creative adaptations for marketing, social media,



and brand communication.Assist with graphic design and packaging design requirements when needed.Adapt existing creative assets into different formats and platforms.Support the Creative team with day-to-day motion design requirements across ongoing projects.Work closely with designers and other creative team members to execute concepts within timelines.Ensure consistency with Palmonas’ visual identity and brand guidelines.RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design, Multimedia, or a related field.Basic understanding of motion graphics, animation, and video editing.Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.Strong visual sense and attention to detail.Good understanding of composition, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.Ability to adapt creatives for different social media and digital formats.A portfolio/showreel showcasing motion design, animation, video editing, or creative projects is preferred.Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced creative environment.What You’ll GainHands-on experience working on real brand and marketing campaigns.Exposure to motion design, social media, digital marketing, and brand communication.Opportunity to collaborate with an in-house Creative team.Experience working on creative projects for a growing jewellery and lifestyle brand.Location: Mundhwa, PuneWork Mode: Work From Office
