Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive individual to be an Assistant Manager in our global delivery center in India. This leadership role requires prior experience working in outsourcing or delivery center operations with US client-facing responsibilities. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager to oversee operations, provide daily tactical guidance and process alignment to Team Leaders and analysts, and ensure the team meets operational, quality, and cash performance goals. The Assistant Manager will work on critical projects, manage client escalations, and play a key role in recruitment and internal career progression.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide tactical support, daily guidance, and process alignment to Team Leaders (TLs), analysts, and other team members.
- Assist the Manager in overseeing and directing daily operations for professional/technical insurance follow-up, denial management, coding, or quality teams.
- Monitor worklists, workloads, and prioritization criteria to meet monthly and quarterly cash collection and AR reduction goals.
- Manage client escalations, identify risks, and provide mitigation updates to client and internal leadership.
- Conduct first-round interviews and face-to-face assessments (such as Stage 4 of the Internal Job Posting selection process) for recruitment and team expansion.
- Analyze team performance against productivity and quality metrics,



conducting root cause analysis to identify skill gaps and efficiency opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Training, Operations, and Compliance teams to align coaching and training initiatives.
- Ensure team compliance with US healthcare regulations, payer policies, HIPAA guidelines, and client-specific SOPs.
- Foster a collaborative, positive office culture focused on performance, career development, and employee retention.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Graduate/Master's degree in a related field.
- Sound knowledge of US Healthcare Provider concepts and end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- 8-12 years of experience in outsourcing or delivery center operations, with a strong preference for candidates with leadership experience in AR, Denials Management, or Quality Assurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite, claims management software, and analytical tools for handling large datasets.
- Strong understanding of the cultural aspects of working with US clients.
