WHY THIS ROLE?

This is your launchpad into product development. You will work hands-on turning ideas into prototypes, prototypes into products, and products into market realities. You will rotate across key functions, be mentored by senior engineers, and contribute to real innovation projects from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design & Product Development

- Help take products from concept sketches to working prototypes.
- Create product specs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for new products and line extensions.
- Research market trends, emerging materials, and competitor benchmarks.

Prototyping & Testing

- Build and test prototypes in a hands-on lab environment.
- Run performance, safety, and durability tests; document and present findings.
- Identify design issues and collaborate with senior engineers on improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing during Recent Product Introduction (NPI).




- Participate in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.
- Support post-launch reviews and gather field feedback for continuous improvement.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 60% aggregate / 6.0 CGPA. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
