- Manage customer data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all systems.
- Develop and maintain reports using advanced Excel skills to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in data operations and implement changes accordingly.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality MIS reports to stakeholders through effective communication.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in a similar role within an IT SAAS Product or software development firm.
- Advanced Excel skills with expertise in report development and analysis.
- A robust understanding of mathematical concepts is required.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including CRM systems integration.
