Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to general insurance products.
- Process customer applications, answer questions about policy details, and provide quotes as needed.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products or services and upsell accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BPO sales, credit card sales, inside sales, or telecalling.
- Robust knowledge of general insurance sales processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in outbound process management systems (e.g., dialers) is an added advantage.
