Job Description

-The role requires the ability to efficiently operate, navigate, and work on company software for day-to-day tasks.
-Coordinate with clients to understand their transportation needs and ensure timely and efficient service.
- Arrange vehicles according to transportation requirements, ensuring the correct type and number of vehicles are available for each job.
- Communicate directly with drivers, providing instructions regarding routes, schedules, and any necessary updates or changes.
- Prepare and review all transport-related documents.
- Address transportation-related inquiries from clients and provide updates on vehicle availability and scheduling.
- Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure smooth transport operations.
- Track and monitor the progress of transport assignments to ensure on-time performance.
- Ensure the proper completion and submission of all required documentation related to vehicle operations.
- Assist in optimizing transport operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.




- Provide regular reports on transportation activities to senior management, including performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelors degree or relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in transportation management or a similar role, preferably in a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
-Proficient in software and digital tools, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both clients and drivers.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and processes.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transport operations.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
