Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud SRE Engineer with expertise in Azure or AWS cloud platforms, production support, incident management, observability, and reliability engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of mission-critical applications and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support cloud infrastructure hosted on Azure or AWS.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Lead major incident management activities and ensure timely service restoration.
- Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Support and troubleshoot Java-based applications running in production environments.
- Administer and maintain Linux/Unix servers.
- Utilize Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and performance analysis.
- Drive observability initiatives across logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve application reliability.
- Develop operational runbooks, SOPs, and automation solutions.




- Participate in on-call and shift-based support activities.

Mandatory Skills

- 6-12 years of experience in Cloud SRE / Site Reliability Engineering / Production Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure or AWS Cloud.
- Expertise in Incident Management and Major Incident Handling.
- Strong knowledge of Java Application Support and Troubleshooting.
- Experience in Linux Administration.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Dynatrace
- Splunk

- Robust understanding of Observability concepts (Metrics, Logs, Traces).
- Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Knowledge of application and infrastructure monitoring.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Operations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of SLI, SLO, SLA, and Reliability Engineering practices.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
