Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize IT operations using ServiceNow tools.
- Develop technical architecture designs for ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and other related modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide expert guidance on solutioning and implementation of complex projects.
Job Requirements :
- 9-17 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on ServiceNow architecture.
- Solid understanding of ITOM (IT Infrastructure Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), CMDB (Configuration Management Database) concepts.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
