- Critically review and analyse all reports submitted to Chairman including weekly chairman MIS, relationship overview for various banks, quarterly results of various banks including financial ratios, etc.
- Track RBI and exchange notifications and circulars, assess their impact, and brief management on actions and deadlines.
- Prepare various reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making for chairman.
- Peer analysis and credit rating of peers, assist in all interactions with our rating agencies i.e. Icra, Crisil, CARE, India ratings etc.
- Managing relationships with all PSU, major private sector & foreign banks, NBFCs, Mutual funds, Rating agencies etc.
- Database management
- Circulate research reports on quarterly basis




- Circulation of Diwali and Newyear gifts
- Sending bouquet and greetings on birthdays, promotions and other occasions.
- Calendar and meeting management
- Develop and maintain relationships with MD/ED/Senior banker office
- Exchange of emails, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate with all team members for various internal meetings, internal communications and various other activities.
- Be part of key internal and external meetings
- Monitor and track key economic indicators and macroeconomic parameters.
