- Define and maintain the development roadmap aligned with customer needs.
- Manage and execute all developments related to the program within QCD commitments.
- Ensure on-time delivery and effective change management execution.
- Coordinate work packages and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Drive program reviews and provide QCD reports to stakeholders.

Skills Required:

- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in program and project management.
- Hands-on experience in embedded systems projects.
- PMP certification.




- Experience in people and team management.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and project execution.
- Good understanding of cost estimation and budget management.
- Experience in risk and change management.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
