About the Role

We are seeking a Business Solutions to manage commercial proposals, client onboarding, and contract governance for existing and prospective clients. The role acts as the critical link between business development, operations, finance, and principal companies ensuring commercial accuracy, timely transitions, and disciplined contract lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Proposals & RFQ Management

- Prepare commercial revisions and proposals for existing clients in line with agreed pricing and service terms; support RFQ responses, including client follow-up for operational/commercial data and warehouse layouts aligned with proposed solutions.

Client P&L;, Budget & Contract Management (OpenBravo)

- Analyze client P&L; and Budget vs. Actual reports to identify variances and gaps, coordinating with Operations, Zonal, or Accounts teams and ensuring required corrections are completed by the responsible person/team.
- Create and maintain the Client Contract Master in the OpenBravo contract module,



updating budgeted costs as per costing, and ensuring financial entries are completed by the Finance team.
- Create contract versions for any changes in commercial or finance terms, provisional extensions, renewals, or recent branches created; update the contract module's commercial terms as per agreed changes.
- Track client contract master's for upcoming revisions and expirations and follow up with internal/external teams for timely renewal or revision of commercials.

Client Transition & Stakeholder Coordination

- Support the Business Solutions team by coordinating with stakeholders from principal companies for client transitions through Go Live.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (IT, QA, Operations, HR, etc.) to obtain and provide necessary information to principal companies as and when required.

Reporting

- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports for management review.
