Job Title : System Lead(SSTL) - Connectivity

Experience : 10 to 15 years

Location : Pune

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

CTC : Experience X 2

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end TCU/T-Box program execution from requirements definition through vehicle launch and post-SOP support.
- Coordinate development activities across suppliers, vehicle engineering, validation, cybersecurity, cloud, manufacturing, and program teams.
- Drive system requirement reviews, technical issue resolution, defect management, and change control processes.
- Plan and manage vehicle build activities, integration events, testing campaigns, and launch readiness reviews.
- Support EOL (End-of-Line) implementation, device provisioning, connectivity activation, certificate loading, and production readiness activities.
- Track program deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring timely closure of action items.
- Review supplier schedules, development progress, validation status, and launch readiness.
- Coordinate connectivity feature deployment including telemetry, remote services, diagnostics, OTA/FOTA, and eCall.
- Support homologation, certification, and regulatory compliance activities for connected vehicle systems.
- Lead cross-functional reviews, technical workshops, and management status reporting.
- Drive issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of vehicle, cloud, network, and supplier integration issues.
- Ensure alignment between vehicle, TCU, cloud platform,



mobile application, and backend system releases.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in automotive electronics, connectivity, telematics, or embedded systems.
- Experience managing TCU/T-Box development and vehicle integration activities.
- Proven experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience supporting vehicle builds, validation programs, launch activities, and production readiness.

Technical Skills

- Solid understanding of TCU/T-Box systems, connected vehicle architecture, and telematics services.
- Experience with vehicle networks (CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, UDS, DoIP) and diagnostics.
- Good understanding of OTA/FOTA, telemetry, remote services, eCall, and connectivity ecosystems.
- Knowledge of EOL manufacturing processes, device provisioning, PKI, certificates, and activation workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-connected vehicle platforms, mobile applications, and backend integrations.
- Understanding of automotive development processes including ASPICE, change management, validation, and launch readiness.
- Experience in supplier management, technical reviews, and risk management.
