Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for MEP works.
- Create detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Develop resource loading plans based on work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Planning Engineering or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
