Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Electrical / Electrical & Electronics
Experience: 312 years in Solar O&M;

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of Solar PV plants.
- Monitor plant generation, PR, CUF, SCADA and equipment performance.
- Conduct preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, cables and solar modules.
- Troubleshoot electrical and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with OEMs,



contractors and site teams for maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily/monthly O&M;, generation and breakdown reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, electrical safety and statutory requirements.
- Manage technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Solar PV plant O&M; and electrical systems.
- Experience in SCADA, inverter and HT/LT maintenance.
- Valuable troubleshooting, team-handling and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work at remote project locations.
