Job Overview / Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive Operations, Employee Advantages & L&D; to manage end-to-end statutory compliance, benefits administration, and learning coordination. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding EPFO, ESIC, insurance, and company learning initiatives, ensuring accurate data maintenance and smooth operational support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Statutory Compliance & Benefits Administration
- Handled end-to-end employee queries related to ESIC, Provident Fund (PF), Mediclaim, and E-Nomination.
- Assist employees with UAN generation, KYC updates, PF withdrawals, and transfer requests via the EPFO portal.
- Coordinate Aadhaar seeding, address/dispensary changes, dependent additions, and ESIC card generation/approvals.
- Support the draft and submission of ECR correction letters and maintain compliance records.
- Liaise with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance providers for smooth e-card issuance, claim processing, and report reconciliation.
2. Operations, Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain up-to-date PF trackers, employee benefit records, claim summaries, and L&D; logs.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards covering employee benefit utilization and training metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and portals for seamless operations and audits.
3. Learning & Development (L&D;) Coordination
- Coordinate internal and external training programs and workshops.
- Support organization-wide learning initiatives, tracking attendance, feedback, and skill records.
4. Employee Communication & Engagement
- Draft and circulate clear HR announcements, benefits awareness emails, flyers, newsletters, and employee guides.
- Assist in organizing HR engagement activities, wellness campaigns, and employee development programs to drive participation.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Support, or Statutory Compliance.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with the EPFO and ESIC unified portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboard creation) for MIS reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, candidate-centric problem-solving, and attention to detail.
