Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain business reports, dashboards, and MIS to provide insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Analyze complex data sets using advanced analytics tools such as SQL and Python to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies based on generated insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Robust background in business reporting, sales analytics, insight generation, and management information systems (MIS).
- Proficiency in generating complex reports from large datasets using various software tools such as Excel or specialized reporting platforms.
