Responsibilities

- To Plan, design and ensure delivery of targeted energy productive initiatives to reduce NW Opex, ensuring that we have optimum usage and is regulatory compliant.
- Develop of energy management strategy with working plans. Co-ordinate with other OPCOs, IPs for driving Vodafone plans.
- Implement, finetune processes to measure / monitor energy consumption. co-ordinate with circle for further improvements in performance.
- Constant engagement with HUB CTOs and Circle CTOs to up the efficiency of the function.
- Solar / RET deployments prepare guidelines, track deployment, performance for RET sites.
- New product, solution trials both infra and active equipment towards overall reduction of energy demand, improve network efficiency at sites.
- Ensure timely reporting to TRAI / DOT, Engagement and alignment with other Industry, stakeholders and regulatory agency.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

- Relevant Telecom Experience in GSM / Mobile communication industry




- Experience in Radio / Core, Transmission network planning/ operations management.
- Exhibit creative, innovative approach
- Leadership qualities in project implementation and people management, Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Renewable Energy Technology.

Education

- Education - UG: B.Tech/B.E. Any Specialization
- Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
