Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Purpose
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for doctor engagement, relationship management, and business expansion for Krsnaa Diagnostics in assigned region of Shimla, Solan, or Sirmaur.
The incumbent will develop and maintain strong qualified relationships with doctors and healthcare stakeholders, serve as the Point of Contact (POC) on behalf of Krsnaa Diagnostics, understand their requirements, facilitate the resolution of service-related concerns, and identify opportunities to increase the utilization of Krsnaa Diagnostics' services.

Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor Engagement & Relationship Management

- Conduct regular and structured visits to doctors and healthcare stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors and consultants.
- Understand doctors' requirements, concerns, and expectations regarding diagnostic services.
- Communicate Krsnaa Diagnostics' available services, test offerings, packages, quality standards and turnaround times.
- Maintain regular engagement and follow-up with key doctors and stakeholders.
- Build strong awareness and preference for Krsnaa Diagnostics' diagnostic services.

2. Business Expansion

- Drive business growth and expansion of Krsnaa Diagnostics' services in assigned region of Shimla, Solan, or Sirmaur.
- Identify opportunities to increase the utilization of Krsnaa Diagnostics' diagnostic services.
- Develop and execute effective doctor engagement strategies to support business objectives.
- Identify potential opportunities across Pathology, CT/Radiology, Tele-radiology, and other diagnostic services.
- Support the Business Head in achieving business targets and AOP objectives.




- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain regular follow-up on business opportunities and ensure effective execution.

3. Point of Contact (POC)

- Act as the Point of Contact (POC) on behalf of Krsnaa Diagnostics.
- Maintain regular communication with doctors and address their operational and service-related requirements.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by consultants and doctors.
- Facilitate smooth communication between consultants/doctors and relevant Krsnaa Diagnostics teams.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up and closure of stakeholder concerns.

4. Clinical & Service Feedback

- Collect regular feedback from doctors and consultants regarding diagnostic services.
- Understand feedback related to:
- Test availability
- Report quality
- Turnaround time
- Sample collection
- Patient experience
- CT/Radiology
- Pathology
- Tele-radiology

- Share actionable feedback with the concerned internal departments.
- Coordinate for the timely resolution of issues and follow up until closure.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with relevant internal departments to facilitate the smooth delivery of services and address stakeholder requirements, including:

- Business Development
- Operations
- Pathology
- Radiology / CT
- Tele-radiology
- Finance & Billing
- Customer Care
- IT
- HR / Administration
- Other relevant functions

6. AOP & Project Implementation





- Support the implementation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) activities.
- Coordinate and execute assigned business initiatives and engagement activities.
- Support Krsnaa Diagnostics' projects covering: Pathology, CT / Radiology, Tele-radiology & Other diagnostic services
- Track assigned activities and ensure timely completion and follow-up.

7. Field Engagement
The role will involve extensive field travel and regular visits to healthcare institutions and stakeholders. The incumbent is expected to maintain a strong field presence, undertake regular doctor visits, and ensure continuous stakeholder engagement.

Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates from Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Medical/Paramedical, Business Administration or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

- Preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Diagnostics / Healthcare
- Hospital / Healthcare Operations
- Doctor Relationship Management
- Healthcare Business Development
- Institutional Sales
- Medical Representative / Doctor Engagement
- Public Relations

Candidates with prior experience in the diagnostics or healthcare industry and strong local knowledge and networking in Shimla will be preferred.

Mobility & Working Requirements

- Local travel will be an integral part of the role.
- Candidates with their own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.
- The candidate should be comfortable travelling regularly across various hospital locations within the assigned region of Shimla, Solan, or Sirmaur.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts, as required by project and operational requirements.

Compensation
Salary: As per market standards and commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
