We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to join our team. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Transformation in the Finance department. The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation – Order to Cash exists to turn our global quote-to-cash function into a strategic advantage. This role will define and deliver a touchless, AI-enabled O2C operating model that connects every step from contract booking to cash collection across global operations. By removing manual hand-offs, building controls into automated and agentic workflows, and standardizing processes across regions, the role will speed up deal bookings, improve revenue recognition and billing accuracy, and allow Finance to scale with the business without adding headcount at the same rate.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

- Define and drive the global O2C vision, improve the service delivery model, and establish a multi-year transformation roadmap covering quote-to-cash aligned with strategic KPIs
- Lead touchless finance and agentic AI adoption by designing and deploying automation and AI agents across order validation, invoicing, revenue recognition, cash application, collections, and dunning with human-in-the-loop checkpoints
- Standardize processes and systems globally, harmonizing O2C processes across regions and partnering with Business Systems on ERP, CPQ, billing, and AR platform roadmaps
- Build SOX-ready automated controls, maintain contract and billing data alignment with ASC 606 revenue requirements, and prepare the function for global e-invoicing and indirect tax mandates
- Drive cross-functional adoption and alignment across Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, Tax, IT, Order Processing, and Revenue Operations teams

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

- Proven experience delivering process automation in finance operations, with exposure to RPA, AI, agentic workflows, and the governance they require
- 12+ years in finance operations, O2C, finance transformation, or advisory, including at least 4 years leading global O2C or quote-to-cash transformation programs
- Recent experience in B2B SaaS subscription businesses, with working knowledge of multi-year, ramped, and usage-based billing models
- Hands-on delivery across at least 3 instances of end-to-end ERP, billing, or AR automation implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, HighRadius) from requirements through cutover and hypercare
- Solid understanding of SOX 404 controls design, including automated controls, and of ASC 606 revenue recognition as it relates to contract and billing data
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, alongside demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional change and communicate complex trade-offs clearly to senior executives
